Before recruiting

Hey guys . I told about our clan to my bro (he has a long experience in online gaming) and he said we shouldn't start recruiting. What makes a good clan are good players that knows each other way of playing. He say we should play a lot with each other and know our ways of playing in team. Like now we are five members , and we can play Squad Slayer in Halo Reach to practice our team work. Then we will recruit good guys that we played against in to the clan. So what do you think guys ?

I hope you guys will be willing to applicate what i said . We all have Halo Reach so we can practice our tactics on it and we should start planing about witch of the new fps we are going to buy. Modern Warfare 3 of Battlefield 3 , and get everybody to agree on one of them.

I vote Battlefield 3 . But those should be preliminary votes because we don't have much info about the games. Lets wait and see more . Who knows , Modern Warfare 3 can be good
